Programs in Sinhala language

Full day Sil program will be held every 3rd Sunday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm of each month. Please check the monthly flyer for details.

The program includes observance of the eight precepts, dhamma sermons, meditation, dhamma discussions, Buddha Vandana and various meritorious activities throughout the day.

Language: Sinhala

Meditation program will be held every 1st Sunday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm of each month.

This meditation program is suitable for beginners as well as people with experience.
We will give simple instructions that anyone can follow, There will be guided and silent meditation based on the discourses and earliest teachings of the Buddha.

Dhamma sermon will be held every 1st, 2nd and 4th Saturday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm of
each month. The program includes Buddha Vandana, Meditation, Dhamma sermon and Dhamma discussions.

5:00 Pm – 6:00 Pm Meditation
6:00 Pm – 6:30 Pm Buddha Vandana
6:30 Pm – 8:00 Pm Dhamma sermon and Dhamma discussions
