Lone Star Buddhist Meditation Center of Texas (Mahamevnawa Meditation Center) has purchased a new plot of land where we plan to build a monks residence for the noble cause of offering residence to monks from all over the world. In addition to this noble monks residence, there will be a vast meditation hall for everyone to comfortably meditate, listen, and practice the teachings of the Buddha.
Anyone can participate in this noble cause and contribute to the construction of these wonderful projects. To make this donation easier for everyone, there are 150 installments of 1,000; however, this does not include the five Meditation rooms for the Monks. Each room will cost approximately between $ 8000 – $ 10000 to build and requires additional payments separate from the 150 installments. With your gracious effort and devotion, may you all join together to help build this beautiful monastery for Lord Buddha’s dispensation.
